If you purchased your ChatSim from our online-store you have to proceed with the activation on the section “Sim Summary” by clicking the bottom “Active”. If you purchased your ChatSim from a point of sale, or you don’t find it on “Sim Summary”, you have to register it on “Register Sim”.
